SHIPPING & RETURNS
Most orders placed by 12:00 PM PST Monday – Friday will ship same day (excluding holidays), for products that are in stock. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be shipped same day or next business day depending on product availability, or when the item(s) becomes available (generally in 1-3 business days). You will be notified via email if any item(s) is on back-order or is unavailable from the distributor or manufacturer. Some orders that are shipped to PO Boxes require 3 business days to process before being shipped. Please use a physical address for quickest delivery. International shipments require an additional 1-3 business days to process before being shipped.
Standard / Ground Shipping will either ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the item(s) being shipped. Expedited Shipping will normally ship through UPS. Shipping prices are determined by shipping location, and are added to your total at the time of checkout.
Some orders are drop-shipped directly by the manufacturer or supplier. If your order requires multiple shipments because of multiple manufacturers, you will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each individual package. You will not be charged multiple shipping fees for orders that require multiple shipments. If your order requires multiple shipments and you chose expedited shipping, some of the order will be shipped expedited and the rest will ship Standard / Ground. We will let you know if this is the case. You can request that all shipments be sent expedited if you are willing to pay extra shipping fees.
Some orders that are shipped to PO Boxes require 3 business days to process before being shipped. For Expedited Shipping please use a physical address during checkout. If you choose an Expedited Shipping option and provide a PO Box for delivery, we will contact you via email regarding the delay in shipment. We may or may not be able to refund a portion of your shipping charges.
Please keep in mind that UPS does not count weekends, holidays, or the day of shipment in their delivery times. Shipping times are solely based on business days, Monday through Friday. For example, an order shipped UPS 2nd Day Air on Friday will not be delivered on Sunday, but rather Tuesday.
Although transit time and rates vary depending on your location this option is the most cost effective for shipping within the Continental United States. Most packages arrive within 4 or 5 business days, but UPS estimates 7-10 business days for delivery. Increased transit times may be experienced during the holiday season. UPS does not guarantee the number of delivery days for ground service.

UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air provides guaranteed on-time delivery. An economical alternative for time-sensitive shipments that do not require overnight or morning service UPS 2nd Day Air service provides substantial savings compared to the rates for overnight air service.
UPS Next Day Air
UPS Next Day Air (Next Business Day) guarantees delivery by 10:30 a.m., noon, or end of day the next business day depending on destination.
USPS Priority Mail
Domestic packages ship in 1, 2, or 3 business days depending on shipping location.
USPS Priority Mail Express
USPS fastest domestic service, with limited exceptions, available 365 days a year, with a money-back guarantee and delivery shipping to most U.S. addresses, including PO Boxes.
International shipments require an additional 1-3 business days to process before being shipped. International shipments are sent mainly via USPS Priority Mail International or USPS Priority Mail Express International, and in some cases USPS First-Class Package Service International. Customer is responsible for all duties and customs clearance. Please check your country’s rules and regulations regarding the importation of Chinese herbs, vitamins and supplements to ensure that Customs and other regulatory agencies will not detain your package. Some countries require special permits or other documentation for importation. We do not take responsibility for packages that are delayed, detained, or refused by Customs or other regulatory agencies.

Returns after 30 days and within 120 days must be in unused, salable condition in original packaging for credit only.

Q. How long does it take to process my return?
A. Once we receive your shipment with the items to return, we normally process it within 48 hours.
Q. I opened my product but I’m not happy with it. It’s still within 30 days. Can I still get a credit?
A. Yes. Way of Life Medicine truly believes in No-Hassle returns. Within 30 days, we will take it back if you’re not fully satisfied (please see our Return Exceptions below).
Q. I had my product more than 120 days. What can I do?
* Return shipping for international customers is free when returning defective or damaged products. Shipping costs for other returns are the responsibility of the international customer.
* Consumable Item Product Returns - The integrity of our products is paramount to Way of Life Medicine. Expiration dates are only one of the methods we use to monitor the continued quality and safety of a product. Due to product safety concerns, we apologize but we are unable to accept returns when the product’s safety or freshness has been compromised. When a seal is broken the freshness of the product is compromised. Creams and lotions can be the target of tampering and thus are not returnable. We apologize for any inconvenience this product safety policy causes. This policy is part of our on-going commitment to provide safe, high quality products.
Damaged Items and Lost Packages
We try our best to ship all items safely and securely. We also provide insurance on all packages we ship. In the event that your product(s) or package are damaged or missing, please contact us immediately for a return shipping label and/or refund.
